FlyLife staff photographer Brad Harris conducts live-in 2-day photography courses . The weekend includes photography instruction, twin-share accommodation, continental breakfast, picnic lunch and two-course evening meal plus savouries.

With a particular focus on photographing fly fishing the course will cover: learning how to use your digital camera, lens choice, composition and photographic storytelling, plus technical concerns like portraying motion, shooting close-ups, using natural light and flash and of course how to get the perfect “holding a fish” shot.

Much of the course will be conducted outside to demonstrate and apply new techniques in a relevant setting. There will be plenty of time for relaxing and even a spot of fishing during the mornings, with an early dinner planned as we will be shooting until after sunset both days.

Numbers will be capped at 5 course participants. Full course cost is $1150pp or $650pp for non-photography-course partners. We need a minimum of 3 people for the course to run. Must be pre-paid in full. Full refunds will be given if we don't get enough people to run the course.
